Science of Soaps Review & Giveaway!

I have always loved toys that encourage an interest in science so when I was invited to review the
Science of soaps  by the lovely people over at Science4you I couldn't wait. Me and my eldest Granddaughter have reviewed a number of craft kits over the years and I must say this one is a favourite of mine. We enjoyed it so much that we are planning on ordering more soap making supplies to make Christmas presents for our family and friends. My Granddaughter has been thinking up some brilliant ideas of how she can get creative with soap.

The kit comes complete with everything needed to make a gorgeous, scented soap and is really easy to use. At first I did think that it may be a bit complicated like some other kits we have tried, but it wasn't at all - it was really simple. What I love about this kit is the eductional booklet that is included. It really does go into depth about the science behind soap making, making the process interesting and fun to read.

Toys for girls and boys prices for kits range from £9.99 - £34.99.

  16. This is such a wonderful idea. I teach my grandchildren about herbs and the medicinal qualities associated with them. Herbal scented soaps would be wonderful.
